Saunia is the largest operator of sauna worlds and wants to maintain its position. Saunia DE, s.r.o. will participate in financing the construction of new sauna worlds.
In 2022, the Saunia group managed to open a sauna world in České Budějovice and a Thermal swimming pool in Karlovy Vary from previous issues.
In the coming years, we plan to open 4 more branches within the Saunia group. We will also focus on expanding to neighboring countries.

There are none. Since we do not use any intermediaries to sell bonds, there are no additional fees for you.
You do not have to. For some bond issues, you need to use an asset account, but in our issue, the bonds are in paper form. We will send the proceeds to your current or savings account.
Every investment carries a certain level of risk. With bonds, you reduce the level of risk by not investing in something unknown. This financing is provided primarily for the purpose of building or improving branches of the Saunia network. The owners of the company are experienced entrepreneurs with a rich history, and the sauna industry in which they decided to do business has great potential on the Czech market. These are all factors that reduce the level of risk. In general, companies are liable for their obligations with all their assets.
Yes, the income is subject to withholding tax. We will take care of the tax for you and send the income to your account, already taxed at 15%.
If the value of the two-week repo rate (2T repo rate) announced by the Czech National Bank is higher than 3.75% on the last day (i.e. 31.12.) of the calendar year, bond owners will be paid, starting from the first and ending with the last payment of interest income made in the following calendar year, in addition to the standard interest income of 8.00% p.a., a bonus interest income of 2.00% p.a. The total interest income in such a case will be 10.00%. This bonus interest is currently activated.
